We ship from Burnaby, BC, CANADA

All of our products are made-to-order. Our processing time can take anywhere from 1-2 weeks depending on the piece. (please look at each individual piece description for lead times)

Approximate shipping times after processing times:

Canada: 3-8 business days

United States: 4-8 business days

International: 1-3 weeks

All packages are sent with a tracking number, no exceptions. Also note, once a package is sent we hold no responsibility for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages. 

Please note that Savva Atelier is not responsible for any applicable duty fees or/or tariffs and taxes (VAT), which may arise upon accepting your parcel. During any international customs process, duties, tariffs, and taxes may be charged to the customer upon delivery.
